Our comprehensive tune-up service is perfect for preparing your AC system for the warm/cool weather. This plan covers both (1)A/C and (1) Heater tune-ups (spring and fall). Here is what you can expect when you sign up to become an ultimate service maintenance Plan Member.

Maintenance plan perks:

A/C

Tune up:

 

  • Clean condenser coils with coil cleaning detergent

  • vacuum out debris inside A/C

  • cleaning evaporator coil(if accessible)

  • flushing out drain lines/blow drain lines

  • testing all electrical components

  • check amp draw on all motors

  • check refrigerant pressures

  • Tighten any loose electrical connections

  • check supply temps for proper delta T

  • replace customer supplied filters

  • Clean electrical compartments

  • Inspect duct work and seal any air leaks

Heating tune-up:

  • Check gas pressures

  • Clean flame sensor

  • Clear out induce draft motor port

  • Check for Gas leaks

  • Tighten electrical connections

  • Test all electrical components

  • Check for carbon monoxide

  • Replace customer supplied filters

  • Clean out burners

  • Check temperature rise

  • Inspect flue pipe and ductwork

  • seal any air leaks

  • Check amp draw on all motors

  • 1st system = $200.00

  • 2nd system = $150.00

  • 3rd + systems = $100.00
